Hey!
This is always the hard bit as you're probably not that interested, but I'll bore you anyway with a couple of tiny details in case you want to read on.
I'm a mum to 3 kiddies, Bella who’s 10 going on 15, and identical twin boys Maxi and Jonah who are 8, and also a wife to “fake farmer Andrew” who has supported me from day one in my photography journey. After living in Dubai for 5 years, before Singapore for 6 years, we moved to Margaret River in June 2019 to enjoy a life of fresh air, space and more family time together, as well as run our new business adventure, Margaret River Holiday Cottages. When I'm not busy with the cottages or shooting and editing, you'll likely find me riding my bike through the bush, hiking one of the trails, trying to keep our garden alive, or attempting to plan an adventure somewhere . I admit, I have an obsession with travel and seeing the world, and that's actually how my passion for photography began - backpacking with my camera in one arm, rucksack in the other. You can see some of my personal work over on Instagram @juleswhale.
My photography style is very natural and relaxed, rather like me (friends know I’m terrible with hair and makeup..I apologise). I’m not going to pose you, tell you to all look at my camera or make you all say "cheese". My sessions are about your connection, your interaction and you being you. I want to be able to tell YOUR STORY and capture some precious moments so you will remember them in years to come.
Please visit my galleries and head over to the Client Guide section to get some inspiration and an understanding of my style. If you think I’m the photographer for you then please get in touch so we can chat more, whether you’re a local or here on holiday in this special part of the world.
